Rules & Regulation

The following Terms & Conditions of Annadhatri Agrisolution (the Company) are formulated and implemented for safeguarding right and dignity of the Distributors while regulation conduct of business. In order to mould yourself as a responsible and ethical distributor of Annadhatri, one must understand and be abide by the policies of the Company and its Rules and Regulations. Any violation of the same can result in termination of your distributorship.

The Company reserves the right to amend its Policies, Rules and Regulations/Norms without causing prior notice or clarification. You are expected to browse the Company’s website from time to time and keep yourself abreast with updated policies, rules and regulations.

1. Company systems must be followed.
2. Leaders must know about each of the Products.
3. One must complete all the KYC before joining. Without a complete KYC, organization will not disbursed any payment.
4. Whenever your Id is turning GREEN, you are being added as a distributor.
5. After being a distributor, you should attend the Training, Leaders Meeting, Seminar, Workshops, Google - Meet which is organized by the company, which is urgent for personal development and to be succeeded.
6. New Joiners or the new Customers should not be misguided by any Up-line.
7. All of the Leaders are hereby informed, please do not take any Stock Point holder's payment in your personal bank account or any of the heart-lines or customers are sending payments through the Up-Line, that payment should be reverted to company's Bank Account within 24 hours. If not, the Up-Line's ID will be terminated.
8. If it is found that any leader is not returning money or points to the Stock Points after Taking Products & the stock point holder complaints about it - the company will terminate the Leader's ID.
9. The organization will not take up any responsibility for any misuse of the products or any damages caused due to misguiding farmers or customers. Only the seller of the particular product will be entirely responsible regarding this kind of action.
10. A Leader or a joiner must focus on their personal and heart-line's Business performance, growth & development. They need not be involved in any cross-line's business or performance. If someone tries to spread unnecessary negativity in any cross-line's business or want to mislead or misguide – company will terminate the ID then and there.
11. If anyone is found to slander behind the Up-Line's and Cross-line's and do politics about the senior among the juniors, company management will permanently terminate the ID.
12. Any kinds of anti- company propaganda will not be tolerated at any point of time in such situation, company has the right to terminate the distributorship I’D number without any notice.
